Verizon Wireless Discount    EASO members are entitled to a discount from Verizon Wireless.  At the site, enter your e-mail address as prompted.  While it may say that your company is "not on file," continue through the process.  Then print out the form as directed and fax it to the number indicated along with your paystub.
